There have been so many changes at Living Color this year! Our salon director had her first baby at the end of last year and we were so happy to have her back a few weeks ago. Our stylist Kayla just had baby number two this month! We look forward to welcoming her back in May as we send Jane off on maternity leave at the end of April. Some of you had the privilege of meeting Danielle last fall. She rocked out an amazing five months with us before she decided to take her maternity leave indefinitely. YES, FOUR out of our five stylists were pregnant at the SAME TIME here at Living Color. It's not just you; our heads have been spinning too! We are loving every minute though.
Our biggest announcement yet, is that we made the difficult decision to discontinue our SPA services. Many of you gave us much love and support when we opened our SPA addition next door to the salon back in December of 2019. The pandemic made it challenging to keep both units going. We are sad to say goodbye to the SPA side of Living Color, but we are so happy to be able to focus more of our attention and energy back to the SALON side of things. Do not fear; the salon is thriving more than it ever has and we are here to stay!
"When one door closes, another opens"...LITERALLY! We are so thrilled to announce that Graceful Touch Day Spa is opening this Spring in the unit that our SPA was in! This unit is located right next to our salon in the beautiful Habersham community. We have been extremely fortunate that most of our stylists' maternity leave have not overlapped by much. However, due to the high volume of new Beaufort, SC residents, our lead time on haircuts is 6 weeks and 8 weeks for color services. We do have a cancelation list for those that wish to get in sooner. We are currently looking for two more stylists to join our amazing team!
